Surrounded by the sea and greenery of Kamakura, we bring together the skills our chef refined over many years in Piedmont, Italy, with the finest seasonal ingredients from Kamakura and beyond to create dishes that leave a lasting impression. In Italy, pasta has long been at the heart of the family table. Here in Kamakura, we faithfully reinterpret that tradition in every plate we serve.
